How can I make my loan payment?

You can make a loan payment online via your online banking account, over the phone via our Member Service Center, or in person at any of our CFE branch locations.

Does CFE offer notary services?

What are your mortgage/loan rates?

How can I change my address?

You may change your address by calling our Member Service Center at 407-896-9411 or 800-771-9411 (outside Orlando), or by visiting any branch location with new proof of residency.

Does CFE have safe deposit boxes?

How do I open an account?

You may open a CFE account over the phone, in person at any CFE branch, or online. To learn more about how to open an account, please visit our Becoming a Member page.

When is the next Shred-a-thon event?

CFE hosts e-recycling and shredding events periodically throughout the year, so please check mycfe.com/shred for any updates on when the next shred event will be held.

Affinity Debit Card

A debit card offered to members that gives back to a specific cause. These causes can include donations to University of Central Florida Athletics program with CFE's UCF debit card and  Orange County Public Schools with the MyCFE4Schools debit card.


Payment made to the members (because they are shareholders) of CFE at the end of the fiscal year.


Bank statements sent through electronic services such as email or online banking.

Instant Issue

An offer for members to have a debit card printed out at the branch location instead of having a card mailed to the member.

Official Check

A check that is issued by a bank on your behalf that serves as a guarantee of funds. 

Share Draft Account

Credit unions refer to saving accounts as share draft accounts because the member is a shareholder.

Member Service Representative

A CFE employee who is here to help members achieve their goals in person at the branches or over the phone in our Member Service Center.
