Abandonment

The voluntary surrender of property, owned or leased, without name a successor as owner or tenant.

Absentee Owner

An owner who does not personally manage or reside at property owned.

Absolute Auction

An auction in which the subject property is sold to the highest bidder regardless of the amount of the winning bid.

Affinity Debit Card

A debit card offered to members that gives back to a specific cause. These causes can include donations to University of Central Florida Athletics program with CFE's UCF debit card and  Orange County Public Schools with the MyCFE4Schools debit card.

Dividend

Payment made to the members (because they are shareholders) of CFE at the end of the fiscal year.

e-Statement

Bank statements sent through electronic services such as email or online banking.

Instant Issue

An offer for members to have a debit card printed out at the branch location instead of having a card mailed to the member.

Official Check

A check that is issued by a bank on your behalf that serves as a guarantee of funds. 

Share Draft Account

Credit unions refer to saving accounts as share draft accounts because the member is a shareholder.

How can I make my loan payment?

You can make a loan payment online via your online banking account, over the phone via our Member Service Center, or in person at any of our CFE branch locations.

Does CFE offer notary services?

How can I change my address?

You may change your address by calling our Member Service Center at 407-896-9411 or 800-771-9411 (outside Orlando), option 3, or by visiting any branch location with new proof of residency.

Does CFE have safe deposit boxes?
