We have something to make paying your bills easier than ever before - MATT Web Bill Payer, a 24-hour, year-round online electronic bill payment service.Best of all, Bill Payer is FREE*, including unlimited log-ins and unlimited payments.

Forget the old time-consuming method of paying bills. Bill Payer lets you electronically control what bills are paid…how much…and when the money is deducted from your Share Draft (checking) account. Setting up bills for payment is quick and easy. Access to MATT Web Bill Payer is easy.Just log in to MATT Web, CFE's Internet banking product and Bill Payer is just a click away.

Here are some useful tips to help you get started using Bill Payer:

After a 2-day notification and account activation, allow approximately 7 business days if a check is mailied or 3 business days for an electronic payment to reach a vendor. (Check the Payment Method when you set up a payee for Check or electronic.)

A check will be mailed the first time, even if the payment method states Electronic.

Schedule your payment before 10 am on the date you want the payment made. If you attempt to schedule the payment after 10 am, you’ll be instructed to choose a future date.

Overdraft transfers are available from your savings or loan account to cover scheduled payments when you request overdraft protection.

* MATT Web Bill Payer assesses a monthly inactivity fee of $6.95 if you have not used Bill Payer to pay at least one bill during the previous 90 day period. This non-refundable inactivity fee is applicable separately for each suffix that is enrolled in Bill Payer. The inactivity fee is withdrawn from your account on the first business day of every month.
